On Sunday, August 18th we are going to have a Blessing of the Backpacks as we pray for children and teachers as they go back to school. We encourage all students to bring their bags to worship that morning. This is not just for kids and teachers, anyone who wants their backpack, briefcase, tote bag, etc. blessed is invited to bring them on August 18th.

Also in this service we will install the new teachers at the First Presbyterian Church Pre-School as they start the new school year. We will pray not only for the new teachers, but all the teachers and students who will be attending our Pre-School this year.
